A few things worth knowing.
Straight answers for coaches, clubs and families.
01Do athletes or parents pay?
No. The club subscribes. Athletes and parents do not need a paid subscription.
02What happens when the trial ends?
The proposed policy pauses new publishing while keeping read access. Athletes can see published practices for 14 days. TODO: confirm this behaviour before launch.
03Can our club receive an invoice?
Annual-plan invoices are part of the proposed offer. TODO: confirm the invoicing process and registered billing details.
04What if we need more athlete places?
Extra athlete places are priced separately. You do not need to change plans solely to add an athlete.
05Where is our data stored?
The intended setup is EU data storage with export and deletion tools. TODO: verify the hosting region, processor list and contractual commitments before launch.
06Can the price change later?
The proposed policy gives existing clubs 90 days’ notice of changes and preserves founding-club rates. TODO: final contractual terms require approval.
